What counts as a credit?
1 chat request = 1 credit, 1 invitation render = 5 credits, 1 30-second 1080p trailer = 50 credits, 1 4K trailer = 100 credits, 1 15-second countdown = 30 credits.
Do credits roll over?
Subscription credits reset every month. Purchased credit packs remain valid for 12 months from purchase.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds?
Unused credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Consumed credits are non-refundable. Subscription cancellations are not prorated. See /refund-policy.
