Terms of Service

Acceptance

By using Creamly at creamly.ai, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Creamly provides an AI-powered service combining chat, image, and video capabilities for invitation and celebration video generation. Features may change.

Account

  • You must be 13 or older. Users 13 to 17 must have guardian consent.
  • You are responsible for account security.
  • One account per person; no account sharing or resale.

Acceptable Use

Subscriptions and credits

  • Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.
  • Credits included in a subscription reset monthly and do not roll over.
  • Purchased credit packs remain valid for 12 months from purchase.
  • Credits are service usage units, not currency; non-transferable, and non-refundable once consumed.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

Refunds

Intellectual property

  • We own the Service, our branding, and all underlying technology.
  • You retain ownership of content you upload.
  • You own AI outputs you generate, subject to the Acceptable Use Policy.
  • You grant us a limited license to host, process, and deliver outputs (see Content License).

AI disclaimer

See AI Disclaimer at creamly.ai/ai-disclaimer. AI outputs are not guaranteed accurate. Outputs are not legal substitutes for marriage validity, contracts, or event compliance.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel anytime in account settings.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Cheer Q Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado.
